the level difference only changes the amount of penya you recieve from field mobs (this doesnt include ticket mobs like in Forgotten Island or Amnesia Island) and it slightly increases the drop rate of bosses and mobs in general , but if you have an arcanist who can farm faster than a lvl290 seraph then its better

depending on what build you are going with , full STA SoR Seraph or INT Dps Merkaba Seraph
mainly Merkaba scales with INT but only a small amount but you should get alot of dmg when you get more pve/ia mixes mainly 2xpve/ia
same goes with STA based SoR seraphs , try to get pve/ia

bottom line is to balance your stats by mixing stats its also fairly cheap to buy mixes compared to pure 3 lined IA or PVE

market price is stable but changes all the time. Guide price is just an example, but yes... RC are like 120-150k a piece.
