I've been seeing some error codes from our players in the Discord channel so... here is a little guide with steps to follow if you have any one of these infamous "5 Digit Error Codes"
Code: 12007 - You need to add insanityflyff.exe to your firewall's exceptions list. If its already there, remove it and re-add it as insanityflyff.exe the file name may have changed after a patch (most likely not tbh) and your firewall has detected the change in checksum.
Code: 12007 result: 2 - Try using a VPN/changing IP address :o (I like Windscribe they're "free").
Code: 12029 - flyff client is unable to reach the patch server. You need to add flyff.exe to the execption list of your firewall. If itis already there remove it and re-add. Also turn off any antivirus, anti-spyware, anti-adware, spam-blocker, ad-blocker that may block the client from making a network connection.
Code: 12029 result: 2 - Start Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Reset
Code: 12031 result: 7Internet Explorer most likely using a proxy:
Open Internet Explorer >Click tools >Select Internet Options >Click the Connections Tab >Click LAN Settings >Uncheck every box in LAN Settings > Hit OK a couple of times, exit IE and retry.
(Also if you have more than 1 active antivirus active, your wrong. Only use one. Utilize Windows defender, it comes natively and is amazing btw.)
Code: 12002 -The patching server is busy, keep trying or try at a slightly later time.
Code: 12002 result: 7 - Conflict between old and new files: Remedy this by uninstalling and reinstalling client or delete Neuz.exe and repatch.
Code: 0 Result: 9 - Try closing Neuz.exe in Task Manager

Code: 2 Result: 2Old error was solved by going into Internet Explorer and disabling "Work Offline mode" But current Internet Explorer removed Offline mode so..yea.
