Information:

The Insanity's Treasure Box of Quests NPC can currently be located in any of the following location:
Flaris
Saint Morning
Darkon
Darkon 1.2
Shaduwar Camp
Eillun Town

All Quests which list this NPC as begin/end can be started or finished at any of the locations above.

Quest Interface:
