Account missing

My old account is missing, I finally got my new pc. However, when I try to log in my username and password does not match. when I try the reset password on site it says that "Error! Failed to get account e-mail!" then when I type the email associated with my account it says "Error! This e-mail not exists!" Then I looked up at my email history and saw that I was already a member and I had an account with this username fenserj which I cannot log in to.
