Hello !
First of all, i tried to make a ticket to support, but it was impossible to click on the button to send it and the "page" to send a ticket was broken.
I come back after maybe a year or 2 on Insanity, the site now asks me an email so i create an account to add my old game account on it, but when i try to add them on the section "Add Existing Game Account" it tells me : "Error! This account is already registered or the combination is wrong! Username must contain numbers/characters only"
So i tried this https://www.insanityflyff.com/rcvr/index.php to recover my account but failed too :"Sorry, the information you supplied cannot be confirmed."
Also i tried every Email i use and none is already used so i didn't have already an account linked by mail (and my browser pré-write me my accounts without email)
So i don't know what to do more than that, almost 1 hours i'm on that, help me :(
