I’m new to Insanity Max 30. Started in July and have seen great results. The thing is, I never moved onto Month 2. Well, I did a few days of month 2, hurt myself, basically stopped doing Insanity for a few days, then went back to Month 1. My question is, has anyone just continued to do Month 1 over and over and never moved on to Month 2 and still saw results? I really think Month 2 is too hard. I also have always been a runner and therefore in good shape so it’s not like i’m lazy or anything. I’ve still been running 4-5 days a week on top of Insanity... I’ve just been running less miles like averaging about 5 kilometers a day which is nothing for me just because i’m doing Insanity too and don’t want to hurt myself. I see way more results doing Insanity than I ever did with running... even when I’m marathon training.usps tracking showbox speed test
