Where can i get CESS and IKEA, is Cess only drops from the bosses in cove and not the normal mobs there? And where can i get some ikea? Thanks!

CESS are in fact only dropped by Crystal Cove's final boss, Meteonyker.
IKEA boxes are dropped in Dark Traseia, by any monster there with a limited %. To access this zone/area, you'll need to buy the ticket from the Red Chip merchant (costs 9999 Red Chips).

You can also convert Ces into Cess at the Crystal Upgrader . And you can buy Cess with Ipoints in the Mall.

I've checked it already but you can't convert ces into cess,

Yep its cts into ces and cess at this chest converter.

It's at Master Slots (beside the bank) the convertion is:
25 CTS --> 1 CES (25% chance of success)
300 CTS --> 1 CESS (10% chance of success)

It looks like something useful to do with the CTS when you already upgraded your weapon to Xtal
