PVE (Harlequin vs Crackshooter)

I have both of these classes harlequin and crackshooter. which class deal more damage in the end game(PVE).i see that crackshooter has a lot of buff that boost attack and harlequin only has a few which some cannot be use at the same time(i usually use EON).
