Linked account problem

Hello.
I have an old account that contain some ip/vp. I linked this old account to second account. Now I can only access shop/roulette from the second account. Old one does not have those buttons to click. From what I know, I should have linked accounts and have only one main account. I have linked my accounts to one main account, but the point pools are not merged and, from what I understood, points should be merged, right?

Yeah IP and VP are merged once you add them together on the same website account.

If u log in on the web site and clic on dashboard I will redirect you to a page with the options:

-account options
-account categories
-in game accounts
-shop options

Next clic on ingame accounts and it will display the option: ''create an account'' and ''add an existing account'' click on add an existing account and that's all

This accounts now will be linked to the one that u were logged in to do this on the website, also u can have different passwords on ur ingame accounts and website account to change ur website password clic on account options and to change the password of ur ingame accounts clic on ingame accounts on the little circle that's on the right of the name of each account

I did link accounts. but my vp/ip did not merge. I have 3 different accounts with 3 different point pools...
