Ticket support doesn't work

Hello,

since I'd like to send a ticket, I've signed up at the ticket support page. But even though I clicked the registration link, I can't log in. If I enter my E-Mail (or username) and password, it just jumps back to "Support Center Home" without logging in... is it only me having this problem?

EDIT.: IT WORKS NOW.
