Can't Login to Game

I created a second account to try dual cilent but when i try to login into the game i get a screen that says Login details incorrect. Please try again. But its the same info I use to login on the website. Can someone help me ?

I'm not sure , I can sign into the forums but not the homepage or the game .I tried resetting the password but nothing helps.

login to the websit -> dashboard -> ingame accounts.

Make sure you have a ingame account set there
