Game crashing when opening blue chip merchants and player shops

Hi, I have a couple of issues.
The main one is that whenever I open any blue chip merchant or player shop then my game stops responding and crashes eventually.
The second issue I have is that all of the blue chip merchants (and a couple of other NPCs- mainly Flaris scroll shop) are in the ground making it very difficult to access. On top of that their hitboxes are extremely weird and unpredictable; always different and changing after visiting dungeons or ticket areas.

Does anyone know how to fix those issues? I can't find any info about it anywhere on the forums.

Redownload client imo, if the file is not found perhaps it was never downloaded/downloaded completely.

Delete entire game and re-download and install from website.

That's possible. I had the game installed for the last 2 years and had multiple patching issues with it. I'll wait to see if anyone can mention anything else and if not then I'll re-download the client. Thanks.

if the client is 2 years old, there's no doubt this is causing issues. We have had multiple REQUIRED client re-downloads due to not everything being patched at all times.

Re-download + re-install is the only way.
