    HP to Weapon Transfer

    •Harlequins

    The Skill Cross Line has been upgraded to an AoE Attack. It is still in the early stage and will surely be tweaked later on regarding the Range and Damage Scaling.

    This is goes with our overall stat changes that weve started with Acrobats, Mercenaries and now its the turn of Magicians, these stats can be traced using the Exchange Chart, there is no significant Change or Buff Whatsoever, only adjustments towards Weapons Shields and Armor.

    Reason:
    This is due to the previous changes that werent benefiting enough to the kits of Arcanists and Mentalist Late Game, this is not a consequence of stat adjustment balance but a clear cut result that shows how tracing back steps helps balance the class in the end.

    Reason:
    Dex Boost; This is a long overdue buff and with the last patch note not being able to pursue a push through on buffing their pve stat we felt that this boost to their dex will give them some edge in Boss Hunting and pve in general, this also affects pvp and we would hope to see more slayers adjusting builds and we are looking forward to siegers playing Adoch Slayer again.

    Deadly X Nerf; This nerf was not taken out of our asses, due to the recent decline of adoch classes weve traced their demise to one or two class builds and chief among them are Skill Slayers, the utilization of Quick Bursts is the direct counterplay of long term hitting prospects of adoch and wed hope a 2 second nerf to their burst will go a long way.

    Reason:
    Full Sta Adoch FM Dmg Swap Boost; Yeah, we didnt know it was a problem and treated it as such, however we did promise in buffing the damage of sta build adoch fm on dmg swap and boy did we tried and succeeded, this along with an adjustment to boosting Adoch FM's DEX by 125, we hope to see Adoch FM's again in the lime light along with Adoch Slayers and we hope this minor change will give them the love they deserve (for more info on how much 200 STR gives to a full sta adoch fm on dmg swap, please contact your guild reps or pm me, weve tested this on someones actual FM build and that is different for everyone but this is as close to a proper specific boost we have came up with).

    Seraph Supportive Overall Boost; The state of Seraphs is simply lack luster, Lineups simply want to score more and Seraphs had gotten the brunt of this, we hope that a simple 3 second CD buff and 10 absorb on a 1 second buff will give Seraphs some attention again in team-fights.

    Reason:
    Pheonix Pve/Pvp Rework; As promised, one of our goal in Balance is to open up gameplay changes that arent item specific, that being removing the gap of pve and pvp, with this first step towards that we would hope that more pve players attend siege.

    Magic Def Sources Reductions; As you all would know, we had buffed resourced Magic Def on Rage and until now its been an issue since that was completely premature of us to release without the accompanying reductions to sources first, for that I personally apologize and with this i hope the balance on magicians are on the good side again (this and the elem rework).

    Reason:
    The Elemental/or Rework; This has been long proposed but with @Pepe Pepito Peperoni's contribution this was released sooner, these are half of the intended changes we plan on reviving Elemental Combo's for Arcanists, we felt that Arcanists are simply a mirrored version of Mentalists and wed like to change that for the better, combos and builds will now be more scrutinized due to boosts in elemental weakness/advantage that said elements dont have any advantage to Neutral skills so the damage of Arcanists have not changed what so ever, only Elemental Combos.(for more info on whats the specific changes to boosts on +30% elemental damage vs. targets with X and Y, please contact your guild reps or pm me for the detailed testing we had done these couple of weeks).
