Hello,

I have a problem about recover my password for two accounts. In one I dont have old e-mail, second - unknown question.
Anyone can help me with that? I mean admin or something?

I also have a similar issue. I have not logged in for a few months, but I have been on this server since approximately 2013. my recovery question does not pop up, it just says "unknown question." Not sure how I can recover both of my accounts if both say unknown question? please help!!
