player shops in Saint Morning???

Does this mean players can open a shop in Saint morning to sell items they have for sale? If so where do i go and how do you open one? Probably just wishful thinking..... but that would be awesome!

Hello!~
Go to Saint Morning,go Towards the square and find a nice clean spot where you will selling. Click Menu and click Private Shop, put here the item(s) what do you want to sell and also something good price. Please double check the price. Write a nice shop name and click the open.
