A bit about yourself:
I am an electrical engineer by trade, but work as a data analyst for a small company that you probably haven't heard of called Amazon. I spend a large majority of my free time on my computer, playing games, and joking around with friends in discord. When I'm not on my computer or stuck at work, you can find me playing frisbee with my boys, going out on dates #single4life :PepeHands:, or taking my dog to the park. I sometimes like to stream this game, though I haven't for a little while now.

Active from 6th grade-11th grade (2007-2012) [Average 6+ hours a day]
-Finished here as an end game Arcanist, and had experience in all of the PVE content of official servers.
Insanity servers:
Active on and off from 2015 to Present, been active consistently since early 2019.
- Played (in order) as: Endgame PVP Harle, Endgame PVE Seraph, and Endgame PVE Slayer & Seraph. Experienced small amounts of siege, but have a strong, thorough grasp on PVE content.

What are your biggest weaknesses?
Biased: I tend to come into arguments/situations with bias, and often it is hard for me to change my mind about something. It takes considerable evidence for me to change my mind about something.
Availability: My schedule is not as open as I believe most of the other potential hires' are. While I am not able to get in game as much, I am active on discord EVERY day.
Black & White: While most rules have grey areas, I often draw lines in them from my own sense of ethics & morals. Not every rule should be considered in such a calculated sense, and while I do know that extenuating circumstances exist, I often don't consider them when making an opinion.
What are your biggest strengths?
Concious: I understand that the role of GM is to be a presence in game for the Insanity servers. GMs should act as public servants for the player base, but also as role models. Both of these aspects are equally important for being a good GM, and my understanding of this is something that I believe most other players don't note.
Understanding: I am adept at sympathizing with people, and find joy in going the extra mile to figure things out wholly. My strong English capabilities also allow me to break down and understand some of the more broken English that comes from some of our players.
Structured & Professional: It takes time to understand how to communicate with a team in a Professional setting, and more importantly how to work with people that you are not the most fond of. I have gained both of these skills from my day job, and education.
Why should we hire you?
Hiring me means hiring a dedicated, professional individual with real world job experience. My decision to format my application in a skimmable, and easy to read way is an example of my unique mindset. I am also a part of what I think is the most active PVE guild in Insanity, Inception. I am always coming up with new strategies for PVE content, and my understanding of how to level and progress in this server pales to none. I am a notable asset to the server if employed as a GM. I also think that i would make a good public servant for the server.
