A bit about yourself: im a bar manager and real estate agent, so i have many years of customer service under my belt. everyday i encourage and teach my staff on how to do better.
Experience on flyff & Insanity: I played the OG flyff many years ago when it first came out and i played it for a good number of years. ive also played a few other private servers but ive never been so drawn to any of them like insanity! i love this server and wish to see it grow! im even nitro boosting it!
Availability during a regular week: just about every single day i play from 12pm-3pm ish and then go to work and get home around 11pm ish and ply till around 3am. on my days off (sunday,monday) one of those i take to do all my errands and things i need to get done. the other day i do my best to play games all day ^^
Previous staff experience: i dont currently have any staff experience on anything to do with flyff or any of the private servers. but like i said i am a bar manager and also in the hospitality service.
What are your biggest weaknesses? I would say that i care too much about others more than myself.
What are your biggest strengths? im a big team player and i solve problems very quickly, i know how to calm people down and to speak to them the proper way going by the situation at hand. if ever i dont know something, you better believe that im going to find out and do my research on it.
Why should we hire you? I absolutely love this server as i said before. ive made a lot of friends and have nothing but good things to say about it. i stream the game sometimes when doing dungeons or just having fun with people in game! i would love to see this server keep growing and become the best private server out there.
