The Seraph is one of the most if not the best classes to start with when you are new to the game , the Seraph class offers a good solid foundation of reliablity and sustainability often not found in most classes that lean into a certain aspect of pvp/pve
Seraphs , capitalize on Supporting , Tanking , Healing and Buffing aswel as De-Buffing most commonly used in forms of PvP situations , but that doesnt mean the Seraph doesnt have a good sustain , on the contrairy its one of the most highest DPS (Damage Per Second) class out of all the Classes.

Vagrant (1-15) -> Assist (16-59) -> Ringmaster (60-150) -> Seraph (151-300)

Seraphs here in Insanity flyff are allowed to use Sticks + Shields at (one-handed sticks start from third job sticks at lvl151)

(at this stage it depends entirely on Damage vs. Survivability Stats on Sets , i suggest getting Rimyth and slotting it with Hp28% / Ia28% then save up till Tenshi

Volcano Card (Increased Hp%) = Tanking

-Stam Rings + Demol Earrings -> Defender Set -> Taurus Set (STA SET)
-Inteli Rings + Demol Earrings -> Adept Set -> Libra Set (INT SET)
(depends entirely on preference , my suggestion is getting Demol instead of Plug since DEF matters little here)
