Improving B. Melee and B. Range

Use a +10 set! This helps with block-rate. Any old set with +10 is better than Xtal +5 and not only because of the block-rate.
DEX increases block. 85% is the max.

Im currently running a FM with xtal tenshin +5, xtal +5 malefic fist and conq. shield. Just wondering how can i improve my block melee and block range. Also, what is the capped hit rate? Thanks!
