Problem with Gtop 100 (Voting)

Im using 3 accounts but all of them can't vote on this site. It always says that i already voted even if i don't, Is this really normal?

Ps. I don't have any problems with the other voting site, just except for this one

might be your adblock, also if you already voted for 1 account you can't vote for the others because of every IP address only being able to vote once a day

my adblock is disable plus even if i vote today, it will show that i already voted even if i don't. It is also way past 24 hours
