I completed insanity during the June/July period (og version - first time I did both months, I've done month 1 around 5 times in the last 3 years) and since then I have been alternating between pushups and pull-ups every second day with variations of squats every 4th day. I tore my MCL in August so I only started doing longer runs a couple of weeks ago. I plan on continuing this and doing a round of insanity again at the end of Nov. Is this possible and how can avoid the risk of overtraining?10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
