In game account still alive but not connected to any email

Hi

Just got back in the game after 2years i guess. My in game accounts are still active but its not connected to its original email. The account that ive been using before at the insanityflyff website was like been deleted but thankfully my in game accounts are still there. Can someone help me connect my in game accounts to insanityflyff website. Thanks in advance
