Window Mode Problem

hey guys
i started playing a few days ago and until now i managed to use the window mode function

for some reason it stopped working
when i press on it it says " changes will be aplied after you restart flyff" and as soon as i close this little window and enter options again its off.
and i tried closing the launcher and login again.

does anyone know what the problem is ?
