Hello, I have forgotten not only password but also secret answer of the secret question of my sub account

What can I do this? my sub account is in trouble.

Last time that I did do this account maybe was October 31 or November 3, 2019.

I WANT TO REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT OR THIS WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THIS DATABASE.
