Soul Dust Drops:

Sorry for the delay for the drop fixes, i was intending to just revert the drop rates changes made and then increase the max stack sizes of Soul Dust. How ever in testing the change out, increasing the max stack caused alot of issues with the stacks going into minus value stacks and what not. So instead of dropping pure dust, bosses will now drop Urns instead (this only effects Soul Dust drops, so in instances where bosses are set to drop Dust + Fragments only the dust was changed and you will be able to find Urns + Frag drops).

The Urn chances are based on pre-Dust nerf rates, giants will still drop raw Soul Dust.

There is 3 types of soul urns:

• Soul Urn (Low) - Contains between 2,000 to 5,000 Soul Dust,
• Soul Urn (Med) - Contains between 5,000 to 15,000 Soul Dust,
• Soul Urn (High) - Contains between 15,000 to 30,000 Soul Dust,

All Urn types are up for feedback in relation to contents, average Soul Dust count etc.

• All Collosuem Legendary Bosses have a chance to drop Soul Urn (High) with a chance to drop 1-9 Soul Frags,

Crystal Meteonyker and [Deathbringer] Kheldor do not drop Soul Dust/Fragment as they instead drop Crystal Enchant Success Scrolls. All bosses still drop I Killed A Boss Boxes.
