To make the PvE Set Cloaks more viable for players who use the Trinium Dragon Set (M/F), i have altered how the Trinium set effects are set. The set now has a 5 piece effects (set+cloak or mask/wings) and a 6 piece set effect (same stats as you currently recieve- Set+Cloak+mask/wings).
Trinium Dragon Set 5 Piece Stats:
* Speed +25%
* All Stats +60
* HP + 40%
* Increased Attack + 45%
* PvP +5%
Trinium Dragon Set 6 Piece Stats:
* Speed +25%
* All Stats +80
* HP + 75%
* Increased Attack + 45%
* PvP +5%
* Gift Box +1
This change means you can swap out your Trinium Dragon Cloak for a PvE cloak if your using a full PvE set to gain the addiation effects of the PvE Cloak (Additial stats of - +15% Penya, +1GB, PVE 20%, ALL Stat +20 and HP +35%) and will not effect users who dont care and want to keep their current set ups.

Enchant of Iron: 30% -> 25% DMT
Enchant of Nature: +100 Soul Leach; -999 PVE -> +10% Melee Block; -20% PVP Dmg
Seraph
Gvur Talia: CD -> 1.5; duration -> 2 seconds; 10% abs -> 5% abs
Prevention: 15% -> 20% Proc Rate
Block Scaling: .7 -> .6
Crackshooter
Farsight: +20% Magic Defense Removed
Item Changes
Assassin Set of the Celestials: +6% Wrath -> +12% Wrath
Thief Set: Wrath 5% -> 10%
