Have not received event rewards | + account confusion

Two things...

1) I have been contacting people through Discord and the forums - still trying to get my 2nd place prize from the March Video Contest.

2) Ever since the updated website, I have not been able to log into my accounts. It says my accounts don't exist, yet when I try and create a new account with the info I thought was being used - it says the account already exists...
