Making insanity the best server

a bit about yourself: simple dude who plays flyff (from flyff ph jumping into other servers) since 2007 or 2008. Played lots of games but stick playing flyff rather that any mmorpg out there. Currently doing food business here in ph with my mom for this so called "modified enhanced community quarantine" that is happening right now in our country . Also BSECE graduate and also a board passer in my field. Likely to add been a friendly dude ever sinced i played flyff. You can ask anyone knows me online how friendly i am. But aside from that didn't ever recall having some enemy ingames like any other player.
Experience on insanity: played insanity wayback 2015 i guess not really sure if it 2016 or 2015. Doing siege and mostly donating my way up not a pve player that time. By 2017 started farming coz forgot my first acct ingame coz of me being busy with my school stuffs. Then played like half of 2018 i guess then again life gets busy so i need to leave insanity once again. Until march of this year i reinstalled insanity flyff and played like 6 months up to this very moment. Currently having fun and lots of friends ingame but clearly no enemy ingame.
availability during a regular week: mostly can go online from 12noon onwards ph time. Character always afk tho with current business im having here i can say my time is flexible probably online more often unless migraine or such headaches strikes me.
previous staff experience: never been staff here on insanity. But been a gm for a ph midrate flyff server. I was a gm for about a year until i quit playing coz of people doing crazy stuffs. But overall love to do event like the common hide and seek game with a twist tho. Love to see those people having fun at events after being bored with farming or leveling. Also before being a gm to that particular server once created a ph server of mid rate flyff with my friends and it run for like 3 or 4yrs i think until we decided to shut the server down for educational matters. Where i am getting ready for my technician's licensure exam.
why should we hire you: there are pros and cons of having me as gm...
pros
*can help to get infos of some bugs ingame that i think should be fixed.
*have flexible time being online ingame and most likely holding my phone always for business deals online. Got time to read all stuffs at insanity discord.
*got nothing to lose even if someone gave me tons of hate comments or having critics that doesn't agree with me.
*lots of temper dealing with different types of people also been a team leader on my previous job don't know if it helps me but think i can handle every traits or personality ingame.
*can easily enter blackmarkets on facebooks where rmt stuffs are happening.
*can think of many ideas that might help
*fast learner when being focused
*can fnish a job mostly when im focused on it
*generous type of guy ingame helping newbie people with their concerns and questions.
*can say most of my hrs are focused on internet and computer with cellphones (online all the way)
*always go straight to the point about certain topics or issues
*organized type of guy
*loves creating vids for content stuffs. Probably making some content creating vids soon in time currently doing some pc upgrades for better video editing
cons
*not much of a talkative type of person ingame or on discord but opposite in real life (10/10) being talkative in real life tho. But once i get the hang of it i can talk and type as much as i want.
*shy type of a person
*slow to understand things sometimes mostly after waking up.
*not good with programming and stuffs like that.
*lazy at times (but not with work stuffs)
*easy to get sick mostly ended up lying in bed for 2 to 3 days straight without getting online.
also i wanna help to get rid of those people doing RMT hate those people making this game such a business for their own sake.
