A bit about yourself:
I was born and raised in Argentina , but come from a Taiwanese family so I'm kinda asian , but not really. After struggling to find what i wanted to study for 1 year, I decided to go for what I would enjoy the most even if it's not the most conventional career, so now I'm currently in my second semester of higher education for "game design". Been playing games since I was really young, and usually aim for at least the top 1% , if the game has a competitive ladder. Not flyff related but I'd say I'm pretty creative and also adept at drawing ; very proud of the : ROFL : emote I made for insanity discord.
Experience on flyff & Insanity:
I've played flyff for 5-6 years on and off, starting on official and then mostly on insanity. Recently came back 3 months ago and I've got experience in all PvE content available such as Boss Hunting, Crypt, Colosseum and Secret Room. Unfortunately I can't say the same about PvP as all the experience I got is getting clapped in arena, I do have an asal FM in the making though.
Availability during a regular week:
Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays from 1pm to 12am UTC-4
Rest of the week usually all day starting at 9am UTC-4
I no life flyff so I'll at least spend 1 hour a day on my GM character
Previous staff experience:
Non existent.
What are your biggest weaknesses?
As I've mentioned before, I'm 19 so I might not be the wisest nor most experienced applicant, but I'm definitely willing to learn Da Wae of the GM. On top of that, I'm not as socially skilled as I'd like to admit, I'm pretty socially awkward irl.
What are your biggest strengths?
I try to avoid drama and help with as much as I possibly can, helping returning players learn the new mechanics of the game, explaining to newcomers how to get started in the server and buffing newbies are some of the things I've done. I also would like to think that I'm funny, not sure, but I definitely made some DANK ASS MEMES BOIIIIIIIIIIII
Why should we hire you?
Hiring me would benefit Insanity by connecting the latin player base with the rest of the staff and players. I am also passionate about helping new players get adjusted to Insanity. I feel like right now there are mostly events taking place for EU/PH players, so I'd like to get some events done for the NA/SA players that currently don't have much more to do other than the regular grind. Additionally I'm planning to diversify the type of events being hosted and give them a twist to keep things fresh.
