Experience on flyff & Insanity:
My name is Edvard G. Leis, I'm a graduating student in a degree of bachelor of science in information systems from Philippines. I was a former GM of Insanity flyff (GM Euphemiii) and I've played this game for almost 12 years since the official release. flyff was a very nostalgic game for me because It was my first online game that got me addicted. It was full of fun memories and unforgettable experience with my old virtual friends. But Sadly. the official flyff closed 6 years ago and surprisingly came back this year. After the official flyff closed, I've went searching for private servers. and I got try to play Insanity flyff because its top rank on Gpotato site before(or until now?). My experience in Insanity flyff is unforgettable, I got to meet alot of friends from around the world and experienced being a GM. I never thought of stop playing because believe or not, I learn how to balance my time between flyff and studies cause playing flyff never gets me old and until now I'm still loving it to play. Insanity flyff gave me opportunity being a GM. It was a dream-come-true experience I've ever had in my life because I've experience hosting Events, making announcements and taking care of our community. The feeling of being GM is remarkable for me even when I left because of college and financial problems. These past few days, I strictly focus more on studies and pause myself for playing. Now, thankfully, with my motivation of finishing my studies, I'm about to graduate this December :).
Availability during a regular week:
I'm available now during weekdays and saturdays. No more tight schedule for me cause I have only few days to complete all my requirements on school. I'm currently waiting for my graduation.
Previous staff experience:
3 years ago, I was hired by Mariella as GM, with my fellow batchmates (Luci, Charmsy, and other members which I barely remember now xD) Before, We were able to communicate via Skype Group Chat with Hells, Kirk, Ankou, Mariella, Wik and Josh. Each we made events must create a log of winners and prices and post it on GM Thread in forums. 2 Years ago, after I too a long break, I was rehired again as GM. We no longer communicate on Skype instead we create a discord channel for staffs and for everyone. On my time as GM, we were given us a commands to do invasion events and commands for Event Chips. It was a great experience being a gm and If I'm giving a chance to get hire again, I would happy to take and I will assure that I will do more best on my performance than before.
What are your biggest weaknesses? My biggest weaknesses in-life is that If I failed to accomplished any kind of work that was given to me.
What are your biggest strengths? My greatest strength is that I'm able to do any task that would given to me without outside help.
Why should we hire you?
Because, I already have an experience of helping our community and providing them support and guidance in this game. I've improved my professional growth as GM and I've handle in-game problems that I used know how to fix them. I have a capability to quickly learn and absorb new changes and features on your staff and Lastly, If I have a chance, I want to be part of your staff once again, and do what is right and never made a mistake again.
