His budget is 500 to 1000. Your Laptop can barely run modern games on Full HD on high settings. For around 800 bucks (check red's post), you can get a good rig with enough power (GTX 1050 ti/Ryzen 1600) to play all games on full HD with high settings. If he swaps the 1050 TI for a RX 470/480/570/580 with 8gb V-RAM or GTX 1060 w 6gb V-RAM, then he'll still spend less than 1k bucks in total, but all modern games will run on ultra.

    RAM: 16Gb 3200 MHz Trident Z ($220,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16820232476)
    Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F ($119,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16813132988)

    SSD: 120Gb ($53,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16820215162)

    TOTAL: $809,95

$190,05 to get the case of your choice and some accessories if you need.

    Cheaper setup:

    Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 1400 4/8 cores/threads ($164,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16819113437)
    RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB ($94,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16820233982)

    SSD: 120Gb ($53,99 @ https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16820215162)

    TOTAL: $603,95

$396,05 to get the case of your choice and some accessories if you need.

Note: The models of RAM, HD, SSD and GPU are just examples. You can get a similar HD/SSD/RAM/GPU with lower price if you find any.
Very good build in my opinion. The RAM seems to be very expensive and if you can spend 1k in total, i'd go for a bigger SSD (FUCKING awesome for a lot of multiplayer games/singleplayer games with a lot of loading screens) and/or a AMD RX 470/570/480/580 with 8GB V-Ram or GTX 1060 with 6 GB Vram, but the 1050 ti is strong enough for the games you mentioned and you will be able to play all modern games aswell. So it's up to you how much money you want to spend.

I didnt really read any replies but if you want to collect then keep in mind that Flyff is all about CPU+RAM.
I can open more than 100 clients and collect with them (all 1920x1080 fullscreen+no BG/Item effects) with my i7 4790k+24GB DDR3 Ram and believe me when i say i could open even more with that CPU. You just need alot of patience and RAM for collecting thats all and
btw 8core+ CPU's for flyff wont help you lel the game is old af it can barely support 4
+(GPU doesnt really matter for Flyff im still using a 960)
