Titan's effects:
- 85%dct
- 15% ranged block
- 50int
- 25% pvp damage
- 35% ia

PVE's effects:
- 45int
- 30%ia
- 20%pve damage
- 15%speed
- 4%SpellFlux

When you wear an Illusionist Set (Menta's pve set), you lose around 85% DCT, which means your skill casting time will be horrible.
You earn power but lose speed.

Since mentas are not good on pve, I would suggest to put the same DCT on pve set as it is on titan set. Otherwise, the pve set is not really useful for mentalists.

maybe remove speed% and put DCT% instead, even if it isnt full 85% at least give some so ur not turnin on the slowmotion camera every time u go pve lol.

but ur right it kinda makes the pve set irrelevant, cuz even tho ur doin more damage ur hitting 85% slower so it makes the extra damage useless, might as well just use ur titan at that point lol

Indeed, my dear colleague players, this must be done to help make mentalists great again, at the moment, this class still the most unbalanced and nerfed among the rest, and that is unfair.

But 85% Dct is to much.
Pve Set's aren't meant to be like Trinium Set's.
So maybe a little bit less Dct.

Same Dct as the tenshi set is what I was thinking. :3 +1111
